Design Notes

This biological device consists of an Anderson promoter (J23108), synthetic RBS (K1403008), Roseovarius species 217 trimethylamine monooxygenase (TMM mk 2K4680001), and a terminator (B1006). These basic pieces we used to have a functional device.
